| TIS-PL replaces Caplis Cards in French Motorway Network |

The Caplis Cards are now being replaced by the new TIS-PL (Télépeage) device throughout the motorway network in France. Caplis providers have announced that they are no longer accepting new orders for Caplis and are now not re-newing any old cards either.
